Banana Bread Pudding
Our signature Banana Bread Pudding is a "Celebration of Bread" as it is made of at least 7 different breads. A combination of whole grain breads like wheat, oat-bran rye and pumpernickel. White breads make up only 10% of the bread used in this signature dessert. It is made with premium Jamaican white rums and is available in different flavors, Sangsters Jamaican Rum Cream, Baileys Irish Cream, Coffee Liquers (Kahlua, Tia Maria) Chocolate Liquer or Dulce De Leche. You can combine flavors to create an exotic, unique and exciting one-of-a-kind authentic dessert that you will never find anywhere on earth. It is available in a smaller Fluted Muffins, a popover muffin size, ( similar to a large muffin), a fluted mold and his & hers heart (all shown above) and a large and XL pan for larger gatherings. Pineapple Cherry-Glazed Ham
Our other signature product is one that excites all the senses. This is the ham of the future if one can be so bold. Unlike some of the other industrial grade hams available on the market, this Pineapple Cherry Glazed Ham is simply to die for. There is no honey-baked or heavenly ham or any other variation of ham available anywhere that can compete with the moist, flavorful absolutely delicious tender and juiciness of this spiral sliced ham. It is the ultimate in Haute Cuisine. This "honey" ham (yes the honey is already in it) is first marinated with select spices overnight and then slow-baked to perfection.
